Brewing Instructions

Place 1–2 whole flowers (or 1 tablespoon of tea cut) into a teapot or glass infuser.

Pour 8 oz (240 ml) of freshly boiled water (approx. 90°C–95°C) directly over the flowers.

Steep for 5 to 7 minutes to release its soft floral flavor and golden amber hue.

I ordered these flowers and i live all the way in the U.S! They take a while b/c they are coming all the way from Sri Lanka bt when they arrive they look just like the pictures. The flowers are gorgeous!!! I use the flowers to make a bedtime tea and i use them in spiritual practice. Im so happy i found this shop.

Unexpectedly awesome purchase! So: I thought I was purchasing pre-crushed flowers…I think I selected whole by mistake, and I was mildly disappointed when I opened the package to find whole flowers. Now that I’ve had some time to assess the situation, pre-ground flowers are convenient, but the unexpectedly nice part of my own mistake is: with a whole flower I can see that these are exactly what I want/expect when ordering blue lotus. They’re gorgeous too. It’s a nice, calming ritual to process them myself. I just had to deep clean my spice grinder, and I was good to go. So…I’ve had zero interest in sending them back. Overall: I received them quickly, I absolutely *love* the generous bonus samples that were included with my order, the flowers make lovely tea…& they work well for all the things I intended to use them for!

Repeat buyer, I love these teas! Very soothing and helps me decompress and sleep better. Maybe one day I'll lucid dream but it's not happening right now but blue lotus is very beneficial in helping regulate the nervous system. I'm noticing a big difference, the anxiety I had is diminishing.
