    • Shipped via U-Packet (Unregistered Airmail).

    • A barcode or shipment reference will be provided.

    • Please Note: Tracking may be limited or unavailable for some countries, and delivery confirmation is not guaranteed.

    • Estimated Transit Time: Usually 10–28 working days after dispatch.

  • Orders Over $30 – Registered & Tracked Sri Lanka Post

    • Shipped via Registered Post or Tracked Sri Lanka Post.

    • A valid tracking number will be provided.

    • Tracking updates are generally available from dispatch to delivery (subject to destination postal systems).

    • Estimated Transit Time: Usually 7–15 working days after dispatch.

Duties & Taxes

We do not collect or charge import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees at checkout. All shipments are sent under DDU / DAP (Delivered Duties Unpaid) terms:

  • Buyer Responsibility: Import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the consignee (buyer).

  • Variability: Charges vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Customs authorities or the carrier may contact you to collect these fees before delivery.

  • Refusal to Pay: Refusal to pay duties or taxes may result in the parcel being returned or disposed of by customs. In these cases, shipping costs and non-recoverable fees are non-refundable. We highly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
